BEDRI TRADING LIMITED is seeking a skilled Cinematographer to join our growing creative team. This role offers Tier 5 visa sponsorship, welcoming international talent to collaborate with us on exciting projects. As a Cinematographer, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning content, overseeing the entire filming process, and bringing artistic vision to life through expert camera work and lighting techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with directors and creative teams to develop the visual style and mood for each project.
- Plan, set up, and operate cameras, lighting, and other equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Manage technical aspects of video shoots, including exposure, framing, focus, and movement.
- Supervise crew and ensure smooth coordination on set, including lighting assistants and camera operators.
- Select appropriate equipment and lenses based on the creative brief and environmental conditions.
- Conduct test shoots and adjust lighting setups to achieve desired effects.
- Collaborate closely with editors to ensure seamless transitions between production and post-production.
- Stay updated on new technologies, equipment, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Cinematographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing various types of projects (e.g., commercials, films, events, or documentaries).
- Proficiency with professional cameras (e.g., RED, ARRI, Sony) and lenses.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, framing, color, and composition.
- Experience with drone filming and gimbal operation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a film crew effectively.
- Flexibility to work on location and adapt to changing conditions.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
