VFX Supervisor (Tier 5 Sponsorship)

BEDRI TRADING LIMITED is seeking a highly talented VFX Supervisor to lead the visual effects process for exciting film, TV, and commercial projects. With Tier 5 visa sponsorship available, this is a unique opportunity for international professionals to bring their expertise to our London-based studio. As the VFX Supervisor, you will oversee the entire VFX production, collaborating with directors, producers, and artists to deliver seamless visual storytelling through advanced digital techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the VFX team to develop and execute high-quality visual effects for film, television, and commercial productions.
• Collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers, and production teams to align creative vision with technical solutions.
• Supervise all stages of VFX production, including concept development, pre-visualization, on-set supervision, and post-production.
• Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across shots while meeting artistic and storytelling goals.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Stay updated on the latest VFX trends and software to incorporate cutting-edge techniques.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide mentorship to junior artists.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between production and post-production teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Effects, Animation, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a VFX supervisory role, with a strong portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work.
• Expertise in industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Nuke, Houdini, Maya, After Effects, and Photoshop).
• Solid understanding of CGI, compositing, and motion tracking techniques.
• On-set experience with green screen, motion capture, and VFX shoot coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex production issues under tight deadlines.
• Experience with 3D and real-time rendering tools is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
